I typically do these on both back and shoulder days....DB and BB (reverse on smithy)...
I saw a fairly large pumper do these heavy with BB in front with wrist straps...however he was rolling his shoulders....
I used to roll, but read so much negative stuff about it...now I just lift straight to ears and hold for about 2 secs.....seems to be working good for me...anyone else wish to comment? Ever used a trap bar?
