hey needto or dabuff, i am about to start my first cycle witch is the shredder stack.
Is this going to be a strong stack to do for my first?? should i stick to the 3 caps a day of the beast and kat or do yo recomend a lesser dose
I am 24yrs old, around 5" 10 in height and 67kgs. I have been training for a couple of years, i am fairly lean so looking to put on some good hard muslce and get ripped too
If you could let me no you guys think that would be awsome
