shoulders

I am the living legend when it comes to shoulder injuries. A severe dislocation in my left shoulder and further injury due to lifting.

There are several exercises I do a few times a week to help strengthen it... as well as modifiying my current chest and shoulder workout to accomodate my injury... it's all about adjusting to your new injury... working around it... and sometimes, when need be... through it. :)
