Shoulders: What lifts are a must in every workout?

Nice threads..no need to ask if you have read the sticky...Bodyparts don;t need training at this point, your way of thinking does. You need to train lifts. Read the Madcow site.

Now was this for Shoulders...OK:

I Press 2 or 3 times a week. If I am lifting 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) I press all three days. If I train 4x a week I press 2 times. Only pressing makes shoulders big. The most important thing is to add weight to the bar as frequently as you can. Do Flat Bench and Push Presses one day and Flat Bench and Military Presses the next, just make sure you do ALL overhead work STANDING...all of it. Untill your putting 225 over head you need not do any side latterals.

You HAVE to use a full ROM. Meaning touching your clavical w/ the barbell and extending all the way up on all the reps. On flat bench if you aren;t touching your chest it is more of a joke than a lift...no offense...if you will, or as they say here IMO
