shoulders are slayed

Hey guys, I posted this on the diet board but it's slooooooowww over there tonight. I started a cutter I was talking about a few days ago and some of you weighed in on (got it below). I'm 209 and 5'11 and about 16%. Already shed 3 pounds on this diet, but I fear my muscles are suffering from some deficiency this diet has caused. I always lift hard/heavy and always get sore. But for the last 4 days, but shoulders are KILLING me. They throb to the fibers. I've had this feeling in years past, maybe if I was just getting back in the gym or something, but this is beyond sore. My strength is there as long as I fight thru the pain, but who the f$%k wants the pain? Is it potassium? Maybe the severe cut in carbs and fats? I was getting plenty of proper nutrients before I started, but was also eating too much fat/carbs and it got out of hand. I'm looking at what changed since the pain started, but it's really only the diet. I crush my chest with heavy, dumbell inclines during that workout on Fri...maybe that? Shit...just looking to see if I need to add something to this diet.

Meal #1
5 oz. lean meat (93% or leaner beef, Chicken, Tuna or Turkey Breast)
+ 5 egg whites, 1 yolk
+ 1 cup steamed oatmeal (I use steel cut oats and steam them in a rice steamer)

Meal #2
Protein Drink: 2 Scoops Beverly International - Ultra Size in 14 oz water (or other ‘High Quality’ protein supplement)

Meal #3
8 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking) or 9 oz can tuna
2-3 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.)
2 TBS Newman’s Own Vinegar and Oil dressing or make your own with 2 TBS Vinegar,
1 TBS Flax Oils and spices for flavor
– OR –
1-Cup Green Beans

Meal #4
Same as Meal #2, plus ½ banana, 1 tsp ANPB (all natural peanut butter)

Meal #5
8 ounces lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish, 93% or leaner beef, etc.)
2 cups vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach or zucchini)
- OR – another salad as in Meal 3
 
is it a pain or a burn
did u tear a rotator cuff?

are u on juice?

when i do shoulders on juice, i cannot get my shoulders to stop burning no matter what i do, they just get pumped and it burns non stop
is that what your experiencing?
