shoulders are cracking again...shit!!

fuck me with a big black unlubed dull dildo, it seems that primo lubed my shoulders really good for a while and i totaly forgot about the pain and i started flat benching again, and now that im off primo im suffering again..imm getting the shooting pains all the way down my forearms into my fingers. i have been taking taking high dose glucosdame/msm 3g gluc/1g msm for about 2 montsh now and all that time i thought it was the gluco/msm combo that worked for my shoulders and what not...shit im handicapped again

mri results yeilded nothing!! the pain transfers from shoulder to shoulder


fuck i hate this!! i can barly lift a can of soda outward in front of me without being tortured with pain :worried:

should i jack up msm to 4-5 grams?
 
Have you thought about low doses of deca?

or bump up the glucosamine.

or...hit up some igfLR3 or HGH.

However, what it sounds like is that you are hittin nerves somehow

BTW, I am not a doctor, I just play one on Elite...
 
I dunno tho, this sounds like a serious problem that you should see a specialist about.

My concern is that deca would just cover up the symptoms.


I don't see how masteron would offer any buffering. It may make things worse since it usually dries people out? Mainly speculating here.

If you wish to run deca, then I might suggest the phenylprop version with your masteron shots.
 
i went to the best orthrapedic in my state and the asshole said all i needed was to stretch...what an asshole! i could barly lift my arm to give jatca69 the finger if i wanted to!!!!!. putting on shirts is a real bitch
 
I don't ever do flat bench because of what it does to my shoulders - and your pain sounds worse than mine has ever been. I am lucky enough to have pecs that I don't have to work out as hard as other body parts to get them to respond, so I do fine with all the exercises that don't hurt my shoulders, like benching with dumbells, flys, incline bench, etc. I actually think I get a better workout with movements other than bench, because you can get a better range of motion and therefore use lighter weights.

If flat bench is screwingup your shoulders, at some point you are going to have to decide which you like better - painless shoulders or benching.

you and him are by far the best shit talking combo yet

about the shoulder-been there bro and i ended up in PT for it.. my rotator cuff was weak as shit and the surrounding muscles were compensating for it and sliding it around in the socket so to speak

try some rotator cuff stuff with real light weights or even a band a few times a week, a handbike if you can access one, alternating heat/ice, and lotsa motrin :p see where you are in like 3 weeks from that

i bought a nice supply of msm 1500 mg caps today ,ill start at 6 grams on top of my regualr gluco/msm soft gels.. i hope this shit works
 
how long would it take for npp to lube my jionts if i went that route? it would be faster than deca with long ester right??
