Shoulder workouts

Sorry if this question has been already asked recently, but im not platinum so i cant search it.
anyways, i just started a new split and needed a good sholder workout for shoulder day. maybe u guys can post up yours or help me out.

Seated BB Military Press- 3 sets of 8 reps
Lateral Raises-2-3 sets 10-12 reps
Reverse Pec Deck-3 sets of 10 reps

That should cover all the bases...I'm doing 2 pressing movements these days but this is what I used to do
 
My shoulder routine is like this

military press 4 x 6-8
machine shoulder press 3 x 10
front raise 2 x 10
lateral raise 2 x 10
corner raise 2 x 10
bent over raise 2 x 10

You can replace the machine press with db press if you like. I do the machine press because of a shoulder injury.
 
Military Press 4s
Side Laterals 3s
Upright Rows supersetted w. shrugs 3s
Clean and Press to finish them off 2-3s

I do rear delts on back day (bent over flyes)
 
8 x 8 db seated press
4 x 10 side db laterals
3 x 10 upright rows
3 x 10 db front raises

warm up with 2 sets light militarys or front raises


almost all sets are taken to failure...
