Shoulder surgery

Hello!! This will be my second surgery for my shoulder in 5 mos. I had decompression and a labrum replaced with a tac in January. Now, at the 3 mos. mark, I was told I have to once again go under the knife. This time it's open shoulder surgery. Anyone had shoulder surgery? How screwed am I? I really wanted to get this crap over with and start training hard once again. Any insight is fantastic!! Ciao... Torchy
