shoulder streches..

hold your arms out like you are flying and move them in small to big circles for a minute or two,also lay on your left side,with light wieght (10 lbs) dumbell in your right hand move it from floor to cieling motion,like a half circle,you have to keep your elbow at the side of your ribcage though,do 10 or so slow,then the other side,these are the two best,i have to do them with my warm up.
