shoulder shot

i just pumped 3 cc's into my shoulder. it feels a little tight. how much can you put into the shoulder, tri's and bis?

I put a max of 1-1.5 cc in my delts

and then 0.5-1 cc max in the bis/tris

3cc should be fine... I just did 2 no pain at all... Just inject slow 1cc a minute...

I agree with Will.....I only do 1cc of winny in my delts and I take 3 minutes to do it with a slin pin. I open a post and start reading and I push it in to help take my mind off the shot.

SLOW IS BEAUTIFUL!

normal, the muscles are denser packed there.Did one yesterday just move the arm alot and it will go

Is this your first Delt shot. I did 1/2cc of Primoteston and Cyp on each shoulder it was tander for a couple days. Yesterday I did 1/2cc of Deca no Pain, I will go up to 1cc per delt.

actually i've put a few in before but it contained 1 cc of winny, this was 1 sus, 1 prop and 1 reforvit. probably should've done 1 and a half each delt.
