SHoulder Questions

My shoulders are severely lacking in size and strength. I was thinking of doing OHPs as my main move for a while and doing putting my bench as a secondary focus. Either way my tris are being worked.

any opinions, suggestions???
 
Sounds good to me, post your full shoulder or upperbody workout so we can see better though.

well 2 days a week

me upper

ill do strict ohps 3rd move 3x6
hit the hammer str machine 5/6th move 2x8
rev flies 6/7th move 2x8

de upper
push press 5x3
db press 3x8
 
I do shoulders once a week and I have been making good gains... maybe they need more rest.. Keep the intensity high and rest it sum more, maybe thats all you need... you train your front delts while doing such exercises as bench, and back exercises.. dont wanna overdevelope the front delt
