Shoulder Pain

Well I was doing some landscaping today in my yard, and we were putting up heavy stone walls. Some stones were around 100 pounds or so. Anyways, I went to do my tri/chest workout a few hours later, and my shoulder had a sharp pain in the top of the joint. Wasn't completely hindering in my lifts, but I cut my workout short just to be safe. Anyone know what it could be? A strained tendon perhaps? Its a like a sharp, stiff point right in the top of the shoulder joint.

not sure. luckily, knock on wood, i have never had shoulder problems. smart move to cut the workout short. if your shoulder isn't feelin better come next work out, then don't do that workout either. if it persists for a couple days, go see a doc.
 
thx. unfortunately i gotta stack some more rocks today. dont think ill be hittin the gym tonight :(
