Well I was doing some landscaping today in my yard, and we were putting up heavy stone walls. Some stones were around 100 pounds or so. Anyways, I went to do my tri/chest workout a few hours later, and my shoulder had a sharp pain in the top of the joint. Wasn't completely hindering in my lifts, but I cut my workout short just to be safe. Anyone know what it could be? A strained tendon perhaps? Its a like a sharp, stiff point right in the top of the shoulder joint.
