shoulder pain!!!

Can anything be done about shoulder pain? It's not an injury persay, but more of a soreness. It is hindering my bench and curls,triceps, etcc...
would deca help? Thanks
 
Could be a sign of atraumatic injury... I mean it may be a result of stress over time, not one traumatic event. In any case, an injury is an injury, and if it's affecting your lifts, see a sports med doc or the like.
 
I agree with blaster220.
You need see agod sports med doc or orthpedic. if you don't take care of now it could or will eventually get worse. Lay off of what ever is irritating it. for awhile.
Could be # of things in the shoulder area.
 
Stay away from heavy bench for a while. That will just make it worse. In fact it might be better to stay away from flat bench all together for a while.
 
lancer hopefully i can help you out well i am a doctor and i have helped many people from having shoulder surgey. without having a real exam it is hard to say but 9/10 are a Rotator cuff strain usualy the supraspinatis.

personaly i have found 3 things to work with shoulders
1.)Ultrasound (commonly performed by a chiropractor) breaks up addhesions and scar tissue
2.)ART (Active Release Technique) it is a type of muscle work that also helps with breaking up adhesions and scar tissue check out this web site it will explain better and help you find a provider

3.) Rehab- this is commonly done on your own.
