Shoulder is messed up

It seems I fucked up some tendons in my right shoulder. Anyways, it hurts like hell and I really don't want to take much time off lifting (I'm mid-cycle). Anyone have suggestions for a speedy recovery?

I don´t think there is anything called "speedy recovery", bro. Be careful now when you´re on a cycle, as your musclestrength goes up and your tendons doesn´t.
