Unfortunetly it looks like i got Shoudler Impingement Syndrome. coincidentally (or maybe not) i am on a winny run. anyone have any thoughts about me scrapping the 2nd half of the cycle or continue with the cycle with no shoulder work?
FYI, for those that dont know, easy fix of early stages of SIS is plenty of rest of anytype of over the shoulder movement, thus very untimely injury for me being mid cycle
Any thoughts of what to do?
