might go do some runnning tonight, not sure yet. the only thing my wrists hurt when i push press heavy like that.
 
I hit a pr on standing military presses today with 187 for 5 sets of 3 reps. They felt good . I'll up it again next month.

the Prs will be stopping after next saturday as im going to go into my preseason lift, higher reps for muscular endurance. And ill be doing more running.

next saturday is my competition 201-220 pound class

squat 245 - failure - 1 minute shooting for 15-20
deadlift 245 - failure - 1 minute shooting for 20+
bench - 205 - failure - 1 minute shooting for 12-16

form is heavily stressed so no worries about injuries or people flying through. plus most wont even make it to 1 minute mark anyway.
