Should the Myspace death result in charges?

You know where the mother made the fake profile and caused that girl to kill herself?

Some people (myself included) thought at first "big deal, so what?" thinking it was just kids playing. But then when I found out later it was actually the mother - an adult (you would think) - that made it and at the end was taunting/tormenting the girl telling her the world would be better off without her.... well that sucked. Personally I think criminal charges should be filed.

Soemthing should definitely be done. Not sure about murder or manslaughter, but definitely assault and maybe more. The girl was already a head case to begin with, the lady fuckin with her just aggravated her to the point of suicide. I think the girl was already on the path to killing herself regardless.

WTF is with this so called adult??? A mother at that!?!? You'd think she'd know better. I mean it's something a 15 year old would do, not a 15 year old's MOM! I can't understand her thinking.

Without question. That woman and the rest of her scum-sucking family knew that the victim had mental health issues to begin with. Though they may not have "pulled the trigger," they effectively primed a child with a history of depression (i.e. a high-risk youth) to kill herself and handed her a loaded gun. That bitch should be put under the jail. Moreover, her face, in addition to the faces of her husband and kid (both of whom were complicit in the crime), should be plastered across every newspaper in the country, so that there is absolutely, positively nowhere they can hide from the crushing shame that, with any luck, will drive those malicious fucks into early graves.

Last I heard they were considering pursuing criminal fraud charges against the mother for fraud committed against myspace. Base don what I know of the case, not a lot, it would be a real stretch to go after her for a manslaughter type charge.
