So i stumble upon some MRP's at a steal of a deal, theyve got 32 g of protein and 5 g of glutamine, but then i notice they say " for women" and consist mainly of soy protien. I passed up on them, and now im regretting i did, why does it matter if men or women have it , how does gender affect the type of protein i should be consuming??
