should i wait...?

how long should i wait to start my next cycle? i know time on should = time off but when do you start counting time off? after your last shot? after the test is out of your system and you start clomid? or after you finish clomid? trying to do this right, hopefully someone can help here.

E2 put a great post up here about getting hormone tests done to be sure if your hpta has recovered. The tests can be ordered over at Anabolic Fitness. Sounds like a great way to go to me, and I'm already budgeting for it.
