should I take novadex with anavar?

Actually you need the nolva more for keeping your cholesterol levels good. Nolva may help keep your natty test levels there, but it's not a guarantee.
i wouldn't. why throw in more toxins in the body then you already are - nolvadex is found to be cancer causing and hepatoxic. ofcourse, you're not gonna be taking this year long, but why put anything in the body like that when you don't really need it? IMO, seems better to take Primordial Performance Testosterone Recovery Stack after your anavar cycle... i mean anavar cycle should be really easy to recover from. If you are going to use a SERM then better to use toremifene instead of nolva... but I wouldn't use a serm for an anavar cycle.

For your first cycle, your better off shooting 300 to 500mg per week of Test Enth, in my oppinion, and having on hand some anti-es like aromasin, or a-dex, or (what i'm using right now) transdermal ATD. The latter is legal to order as it's "supplement" status but seems to work quite well, it's the same ingredient as aromasin but transdermal.
Anavar is also liver toxic, so I personally don't advise running more than 8 weeks (and that's probably too long and pushing it), the conservative and safe side would be 4 weeks. Anavar is usually reserved for the beginning or end of a cycle.

Flax seed and oatmeal and watching his intake of bad fats would be alot more beneficial than telling him to run nolvadex with his anavar only cycle....
Daniel you do not need to run nolvadex with your anavar cycle. Do it right and run a low dose of test with your anavar for better results. Although it is mild compared to other AAS anavar is still suppressive on your HPTA.

I would run test enth or cyp that way you only have to do 1 injection each week. Yes its injectable. Trust me I was nervous at first just like alot of other people, you get over it real quick. Once you feel the test kick in and your strength and sex drive go up you will be happy you added it just follow all safety procedures ( wiping top of bottle with alcohol as well as injection site)

Dont worry, I would say 250-300mg Test Enth or Cyp per week would do you good. 250mg test is usually 1ml/cc so you wont have to inject alot. Your not going to blow up like the hulk as far as bloat goes drink alot of water and watch your salt. You do want an AI like arimidex on hand in case you need any you can start low likw .25mg EOD but you probably wont even need it. Nolvadex on hand too but again these are just in case. If you were ok with pinning yourself more I would say an 8 weeks of
1-8 test prop M W F 100mg
1-8 anavar 60mg ED

I don't know man...Anavar gave me more of the look like the guys in 300 had. As soon as I started with Test, I got that thick bodybuilder look. Not Lou Ferrigno hulk status obviously, but it really gave me a great size gain and I looked pretty much like a juicer.
Test 250mg e/w and Var 40mg e/d as a kickstart or as a finisher...I think that's a pretty potent stack for a beginner and with good clean bulk diet, he would see 25+ gain as well as body recomp. Which is GREAT but may not be what he is ready for yet. Test gives the thickness and size. Var gives more the muscular, chiseled look with very small but solid size gains. Both combined gives you...well both!

Hi all just got some Anavar, orange coloured tablets 10mg each. I have just finished reading William Llewellyn’s ANABOLICS 9th edition which I think is the latest edition.
As a medication (i.e. for aids etc a dosage of 5-10mg for 3-4 weeks
Taken as SPORT ENHANCING DRUG a dosage of 15-25mg per day for 6 to 8 weeks!
From what I have read in his book, I have seen it is quite mild, but seem to read stories everywhere that border on scare tactics, saying this drug is deadly and super powerful and saying such things as cases of Hepatitis, which does not seem to true from what I have researched. Seems to me some researchers are blowing out of proportion the side effects of this stuff.
Anyway my cycle I have in mind as me and my girlfriend will be using this is
Male
15mg for 5-7 weeks
Female
10mg for 5-7 weeks
I am keeping the dose low I just wanted any advice as I have seen advice for (pre and post liver protection)
I was thinking some Milk thistle, some R-ALA and some NAC and of course some Nolvadex just for me as the female requires nothing PCT
Was just thinking of the above liver protection and was wondering how many mg’s of each to take during the cycle and after?
