Today! I`ve taken off lifting weights and my diet has`nt been the same for over a month. In the last 2 months I`ve lost over 20 pounds. 250 to 230.
I`m so shot, but I actually feel energetic now. I think that`s becauce of dropping ECA totally. That messed me up a little.
Anyway, should I get back or stay like you guys? and If I do get back TODAY, will you still be my friends?
