I am contemplating starting an 8-10 week cycle of Deca. I was going to start with 300 cc's per week and increase to 450 then 600. I work out regularly and diet as best as I can, but have not seen much muscle gain in a while. I have never used any supplements besides over-the-counter protein/creatine and am quite nervous about the whole needle/foreign substance experience. I keep hearing that deca is the way to go, especially for beginners. I am 24 yrs old, 6'4", and a lean 200 pounds. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
