1-10: weeks testenon 250-250mg a week

1-12: 4 iu's gh and slin (last month 6iu's)

OPTION1: weeks 1-6 : trenbol 75 & stenol v.75mg ed and 50 mg a day respectively.

weeks 7-12 oxyandrolone: 30mg ed

OPTION 2: opposite of OPTION 1.

Do the Anavar second.
You can get your HPTA up and running again after the tren and winny while still getting the benifits of the Anavar.
