Should i put off my cycle???

Stats: 5'9, 185, 11% bf
Cycle History: Winstrol 50mg IM EOD for 6 weeks (not the best first cycle, this i now realize)

My gyno conundrum:

So here's the deal. I was getting ready to start my first test cycle. Sust 250mg every 5 days for 10 weeks, running nolva 10mg ED throughout the cycle. I have always had puffy nips, to which i credit puberty to be the cause of. They have always been puffy, but i could never feel any glandular tissue upon examination. In the past week i have developed a small lump smaller than a pencil eraser behind my left nipple. Should i try and combat this with nolvadex before my cycle, or will 10mg ED during my cycle be enough to take care of it (i'm really eager to start)? Should I go ahead and take care of it after my cycle? I appreciate all your guys' time and putting up with my newbie gyno bullshit.

How long have you been off since your winny cycle?

I think the nolva should be 20mg since your prone to it.

I didn't have any nipple pain, which confuses me, but the small lump is definitely there. My winstrol cycle was last september, but i didnt figure the gyno came from that. I've thought about seeing my doctor, but i've heard that many will just say "diet and exercise will take care of it" and i know that it won't, at least not totally. Aside from nolva or surgery, i dont see anyhting else my doc would be able to do. Increasing my nolva to 20mg ED during my cycle sounds like the best option, assuming it will work...

No nothing will take care of it but surgery. Nolva will only keep it from getting worse. You won't nesscerally feel pain, it may tingle or nothing at all but lumps, which seems to be your case. You may want to have your doc. look at it.

Since surgery is not an option right now, i suppose i will go on with the cycle running nolva at 20mg ED to keep this rat bastard gyno from getting worse. Any objections?
