RADRAR's got some good info there, man. I'm a liftetime 'jointer', had problems from day 1. A few other things you might try:
Daily supplementation:
Butcher's Broom
Devil's Claw - I take both of these religiously. I ran out for a couple weeks once and my joints reminded me why I take them. It'll take atleast 2 or 3 weeks, maybe more, before these become affective. See below until then.
Water - Up your water intake. I don't care if you pee every 10 minutes. I've found that my joints act up even worse when I don't pay attention to my water intake. This will help immediately.
As-needed basis:
Comfrey - Topical application on join that hurts
Arnica Montana - You can find this at GNC in one of GNC-Brand's join-relief formulas. They're little white pills you let dissolve in your mouth, and they actually work.
If none of this helps, man, see a doctor. You may have early arthritis and it may need some other form of treatment. Best of luck.
