What dose do you think I should finish with?

Hey bros -- Gotta question -- prolly best answered by the more advanced...

I am doing 100mg prop/125mg tren eod about a 9 week cycle... I am seeing decent to okay results... like the stuff and I am seeing gains but a couple of my bros who are doing the same stuff -- less lifting experience than myself are seeing more gains -- one has the genetics so I take it with a grain of salt but the other doesnt and hes seein some nice nice niceeeeee gains... both weigh about 30-40lbs less than me -- anyway... I am wanting to know if you think for the last 3 weeks to go 75mg prop/100mg tren ed to finish it out...

what do you think?
 
100mg tren ED? Too much

Just bump it up to Tren 75mg ED, that's enough boost from 125 EOD

And go with 100mg prop ED. That's a good dose boost, and should get you more than you need if your gains problems are because of your dosing.

What are you basing your gains on? Overall weight gain, strength, leaness, vasculirty? what?

Cuz, if you drop like 3% BF, and your overall weight only increases by only 5 lbs, a 200 lb person would have put on 11 pounds of solid muscle. That's a lot of muscle in a short period. That is damn good gains.
 
I ran tren ED for weeks 6-10 of my test tren cycle. Big fucking mistake. Shitty mental and physcial sides and a bad case of gyno to go along w it. Tren sucks IMO. over rated. Never again for me.
 
I'm actually already down 3 prcnt bf in the first 5 weeks... I'm basing my gains on all of the following: every other wk measurements, bf testing, strength, vascularity...
 
Are you getting enough protein? On cycle you should be taking in 300-400g ED. If you aren't, you are wasting your gear.
 
I'm really not trying to sound insulting so forgive me if I do.

It's not how much you lift buy how hard you try. Gear just gives you a few percent more return on your efforts. You can take gear and watch Gilligan's Island and not grow very much. You can take gear and work your ass off and grow a lot. So I suspect that there is room for improvement for how much you put out. And I'm not talking about training to failure.

If you want to test this try volume training. Use some multi joint exercise. I like clean and press or squats. Do a full set. rest until your breathing is under control. Then do another set, rest and repeat for one hour.

If this doesn't put some meat on your bones nothing will.

I did this with squats a few months ago and couldn't get off of the toilet the next morning. I had to fall face forward and crawl to the other room so I could pull myself up using the drain board. If you do this and you are not completely wrecked the next day you didn't push hard enough.
 
ill try some more volume training -- as far as protein goes, I get at least 300 grams a day within 2 shakes, chicken, tuna, and egg whites -- then im sure I get more through various other things, but its insignificant -- I am in the gym 5 days a week for well over an hr of hard training.. not saying im not seeing gains, just doesnt seem as much -- this could be because I see myself each and every day and not them...

lol, i did 9 sets of squats like this day before yesterday followed by a few sets of leg presses to failure and then ham curls to failure.

Sitting down yesterday was like sitting back halfway and then freefalling the rest of the way into the chair. Then later getting up with the speed of a senior citizen.

Gotta love those days. Just make sure you eat lots of good clean food, those torn fibers need to repair!

funny how aas effects people so differently...shit has been golden to me..

160 prop / 125 tren eod was beenb wonderful...lmfoa

also....try it out at 75 per day...if it works good keep at it..if you dont like it go back to 125 eod...id like to pin everyday but my spots dont seem to feel ok in time for the next unless its eod

I was 100mg EOD, then switched to 100mg ED. I felt better the two weeks of ED than I do at EOD.. or what i'm doing now E3D. I guess i'm different, or really sensitive to stable blood levels instead of the specific dose.

Like Hayes said, cut your EOD dose in half, and do it ED..
