Should I drop fina?

Well I didnt think I was having any gyno problems with fina until today. While I was at work today I felt gyno turn its ugly head. It seemed as if someone was pinching my nipples. I gently touched them and I felt like fire was underneath my little swollen friends. I have been taking Vitex at 1 gram ED for 2 weeks prior to this. I have also been taking 20mgs of zambon winny tabs ED from the start of the cycle. (Although now I read winny does nothing to combat this god awful mess.) So what do I do boys? Continue with fina for 2 and 1/2 more weeks, or drop the fina and continue winny until the cycle is over?

Is fina/winny the only anabolics you are running?If so,it sounds as if you have covered your bases,so you may want to consider dropping the fina before your symptoms proliferate.

Can I up the dosage of vitex to 2 grams a day and see results? (As in the gyno will go away)

Sure,you can try that.Just be very aware if symptoms head to the next level(lactation,hard lumps behind the nipple).

Get thee some nolvadex. Fina also causes your igf-1 levels to rise sky high. This can also lead to gyno symptoms.

Hit it hard and drop the fina for safety reasons. Also, keep on the vitex. I think a gram/day is plenty.

Even, I don't agree, that Fina raises IGF-1 level, but will second advice about adding Nolvadex, 20-40mg/day.

Well, I am only going by what I read somewheres. Anyways, I know nolvadex can help on a fina only cycle causing gyno. And there's only so much nolvadex can do that I know of.
