..until i get down to 14% or so? i dont want to be at too high fat % at over 18 yrs old and have a hard time getting back down. but i wanted to bulk until that time then cut and maybe compete at 19 y/o.

the only problem is my diet. if i tried to cut i could screw it up and lose a lot of mass, my food resources are extremely limited. plus i already bought some MRP off e-bay and i dont think i can get out of it; as opposed to buying some clean protein powder with low carbs

i hate cardio. but i think i'll do a 40/40/20 and the HST program until a bit of fat is gone...any other suggestions?

by the way, HST has only been around for a year but some of the results and pics people have posted have been amazing. a lot of then have been on a cutting diet and almost all of them gained LBM. maybe i'm a sucker, but then again, this could be the next big thing.

i'm getting my diet set up right now. i can lift at home but the only problems are that i cant do full squats because i dont have a rack and i only have incline bench for chest. also, i dont know too many rear delt movements. all i have are 20 lb dumbbells and thats it

do sprints and run. they will work wonders for your leg devolpment. start now especially sinse your young. at your age and your size right now, if you got real serous about sprinting and running...in about 3 years when your ready to go to college youll be one bad ass fast dude on the football feild, coaches will be all over you, youll be able to get scholarships. if not that do it for the fatloss benefits and leg devolpment

i think i'll try a couple short sprints on one or two of my off days a week

i've come to a conclusion. i can't afford all this clean food i should be eating, and i'm only 15. im not looking to compete in a BB show anytime in the near future or anything. i think i'm going to continue bulking, but i will bulk cleaner. no sugary stuff (i've cut out soda, chips, etc about 2 years ago), and i will watch the fat intake. i wont go too much over maintenence, especially since my daily activity level is light

Jeremys - Take this advice I received from a very wise friend -

1. Take a paper journal to write list by hand.

2. On the top of the page Entitle the list - Things I want to Acheive/Change as an Athlete

3. List all of the things you want to acheive as they come to mind.

4. Order the list numberically by improtance to you and only you

5. Take #1 and focus 100% of your attention on acheiveing this goal. Find out everything you need to do to achieve this goal and do it, like it or not, just do it.

This could be a good guideline, however...

I'd say to break it up into short-term and long-term goals. After all, he may have a long-term to be Bodybuilder, however he may be self-cocious about his weight/bodyfat % right now, and thus he should work on short-term goals first. Clear up that and then aim for the big stuff.

goals, in order of importance:

mass - gain 10-15 pounds lean mass before new year's.
strength - increase bench to 350+ before 16th b-day

my bodyfat isn't too bad. it could easily be decreased a little bit with a couple sprints per week and a little cleaner diet (like skim milk instead of 2%)

Then, go for the mass. Reach your goal, take pride in the fact you accomplished it, maybe break for a week just to reward yourself (or just a few days) and then move onto the next goal. Set waypoints, don't just shoot straight through the barrage of things you may wish to obtain. Take it one step at a time. Just what I've learned in life, thus far.

Anytime, we all gotta stick together and support each other. At least, that's my take on it in this world. Goodluck with everything man, and make sure never to lose sight of your true goals. Things may get tough on the road there, but that's just of a reason for you to push against the flow and produce the results you desire. Whoo!
