Should I cut back on the dose?

Im currently taking 2ml of sustanon 250 per week and I feel a few little lumps under my nipples. I have started taking 20mg Nolvadex in the morning and the same in the night. I know this dose of AS is not high but Im wondering should I cut back??

Also when should I cut back from 40mg per day Nolvadex to 20mg per day?

Yes sust is the only as and I have been on the gear for quite a while now!

Start taking Arimidex and Nolvadex and pray.

I have been on the gear for 5 months, maybe a little longer. I know this is a long time. The reason I have done this is because when I was talking to a guy that has been competing for over 10 years and won alot of competions and he told me that if I take small doses then I could stay on them all the time.

The most I have taken in one week is 2ml sust.

If I stay on the gear with these small doses and keep on taking the nolvadex will the gyno stop? Thats all I really want to know.

it should stop growing at least, can't say if it will recede. Some say they even have reversed quite big lumps with arimidex and nolvadex, some say if you have it already it will stay.

problem with this long "cycle" that you will suppress your own production for so long that you could end up being dependent on test supplementation for the rest of your life.
