it is a good book if you are into the scientific side of bodybuilding. Sometimes he can reduce things to the rediculous, but non the less it is an informative read and you can't say that you did not learn anything. Building the perfect beast is much better imo, but once again it is very technical. I think his cycles are a little complex for the average joe and I cant imagine to many pros being able to keep up with complexity. I do know one thing though, you can't say Mr. Rea does not know his shit about chemicals.
