Should I bridge or go straight into next cycle?

The next cycle I'm going to be running is going to be something like Tren and EQ or Tren and Winny, or Winny and EQ. Something like that. The cycle I'm currently running is:

Weeks 1-4: 50mg/day D-bol
Weeks 1-12: 1g/wk Sust

Should I bridge for a period of time between the end of this cycle and the beginning of the next one, or should I just go straight into the next cycle? Thoughts?

There's something to be said for bridging with 200mg test ew and allowing your RBC, PSA and lipids (if that is an issue for you) to stabilize at a more normal level before you start your next cycle. After much research and a lot of help from vets/mods, I personally will always bridge with a normal HRT dose of test. This brings my test down to about 1,000 ng/dl and everything else follows shortly thereafter into the normal range. I aslo get bloodwork done every 10 weeks on and off cycle just to get a snapshot of my blood profile.
 
always run pct and take about 6 to 10 weeks off before starting the new run.
like to bring the nat. test back up along with the ballz lol.....
 
i have barely come off for over a year....i go heavy which i refer to 'the cycle' then get down to a very minimal dose to 'bridge' for aq while, then go back into a heavy cycle....right now im going from 12 weeker, right into an 8 week cutter, which will be about spring by then.....the i plan on my pct for 6 weeks over the summer.......to only start a bulker in the fall.....

it is addicting......i say go right into the next cycle, but when you do come off, make a very agressive pct....
 
It is really personal preference but, having said that, I have been on quite a while, years.

Don’t do the same gear for more that 12-14 weeks, then switch, just do test and/or another cycle.

Good call, bro. It is EXTREMELEY addicting. There is no such thing as 'big enough.' And, to know that everything your taking is adding to the mass in a big way only makes it worse. I knew a guy in the past that would be on for nine months out of the year. I think he suffered from the same addiction that we do.

This is the way to go. As stated, low HRT dose test(200-250mg wk) as a maintenance phase dose. The whole go on, come off, HPT axis off,go off, try to turn HPT axis on, go on, turn off, go off, turn on, go on, turn off, go off, turn on etc.... makes no sense and is harder on your HPT axis and body as a whole. Have your Anti e's dialed.

I've never bridged before either. During the low dose test period (bridge) do you still use your pct stuff? I've always come off and ran pct and laid low 8-10 weeks, but the more I hear about constantly running low test dose the more I like it.

The focus of pct is to lower estrogen and get your bodies HPT axis functioning again. If you are going to stay on a HRT test dose, then your HPT axis is going to stay shut down. However Anti E's are a necessity during and post cycle.
 
bump what solidspine said i'm going to finish my 10 week bulker and transition right into my 12 week cutter and that combo has got me excellent results but everyone is different and what works really well for me might not work really well for you...i love putting two cycles back to back then ramping down!

come off!!! so you can let the receptors rest and then blast it hard again.I run for 3 months stay off 3 go back on heavy again. seems to work for me as well as others that do the same.good luck!!
 
Stay on and run it after the current cycle.

Run it straight into a cutting cycle. I do this same exact thing almost every year. You will keep everything from the bulking phase. In fact, this is how I would do it...posted this many times now....I love it:

Finish current cycle wehenever you are done.

Then, run Test Prop/Tren/Eq for as long as you need until you reach your goals. Run winny the last 6-10 weeks in addition to that combo. You will be shredded like a mofo and will thank me later. Run the test prop 3-4 few weeks after d/c of the Tren/Eq. Then start PCT.

50-100mg/day of Test prop and tren
600mg/wk of Eq.
50-100mg/d of Winny

PCT

Take an AI like Aromasin or AIFM. Keep diet in check and bust ass int he gym. People will be in awe of your completely new looking body. I swear by this stack....and so do many others on here.
