Should I bother working out today?

Well I finally got the infamous tren side insomnia, luckily it came w/ only 1 wk left to go. Well I didn't sleep at all, is there any point to go workout today?
 
alright i'll consume some xtra cals today maybe that will help. TREX might help too :)... The killer part is i gotta drive 3hrs later...
 
I would work out as well.... usually, when my brain says "I'm tired", and I wind up going to the gym anyway, my body inevitably says "I'm revved up and ready to go".... now's the time to take advantage of what you're on... one night of insomnia won't kill ya!
 
Missing one day will not kill you. Can you not lift on Saturday. With a 3 hour drive, the best thing may be not to work out. 1 day will not make you tiny, just as long as it is one day out of every few months.
 
I will not have access to a gym on sat. I think i'm just gonna take a cardio breeze hit the gym take a 1-2hr nap and I should be alright I think.
 
What time do you work out?? might want to take an nap and then hit the gym...i know that during the day i might feel tired or whatever...lack of energy sometimes...but once i step foot in the gym..its all over..im good to go 110%
 
workout but be careful. sleep deprivation can cause weekness (body fatigued from lack of sleep), don't overdo it and cause injury
 
Work out... But for future refrence, pick up some 5htp & Melatonin.... Also some magnesium on an empty stomach.... It has been a godsend for my insomnia.
 
If you were off cycle and on the edge of overtraining I would say skip it. But if you're on tren then get your tired ass to the gym!
