Should I be taking.........*plz read*

I am 6'1", 185 lbs, I have hardly any body fat, and am in decent shape. I am active in sports and other activites as well. I am currently not weight training, but I have b4 for usually a month or so at a time. I do generally notice a bit of a gain in muscle when I workout, but not much. My question is, I am able to buy some pink d-bol from a friend, and I definately have the discipline to workout and eat right, but should I be training for a year or 2 in advance b4 ? I know this is the ideal situation, but is it really that noticable of a difference compared to if I work out all the time (2 dayz on, one off) with some buddies who are really into buildin' and start the cycle right away ? I dont expect to see incredible gains in a few weeks, or even throughout my whole cycle, but its just to get me started. I wanted opionions on whether or not it would be worth my time and money ? Also I have read of the possible side effects, and is clomid a good source to use post cycle to reduce them ? Is it usually expensive, and how long do I take it for ? I am really mainly interested in gaining a bit of weight b4 the summer, and I do have the dedication. All responses appreciated, plz refrain from flaming, as I know some of u are against people who begin weight training with "gear" Thankz !!!!!

Bro, watch your weight and do a good powerlifting routine. You'll gain some muscle. IMO, absolutely no point in banging any gear right now.
 
You need to do some serious research Vision....

Unfortunately, these guys are going to eat you up - BIG TIME.

I will suggest one thing though. Get your diet right and train hard.

I guarrantee that in 3-6 months of training hard and getting plenty of protein couple with some serious carb loading (depending on your body type) you will gain.

Man, I'm 165lb and 6'2" and haven't used yet....

Sorry, but wake up - you can't complain about you're weight, you obviously are dedicated because this isn't the first place you would come.

As for the pink thai's, if you take those, you are going to be in such bad shape for summer, you will spend the whole time at the gym trying get back in shape. (do some research to find out why!)

I'm not even going to suggest stacks or anything - just diet, training and get some powder (monohydrate) creatine and load post cycle.

You haven't said how old you are which makes me think you are about 20 (if that).

Sorry to go hard on you but you need to realise you are coming at this arse about face!

fast replies !! okay well......If I do start the d-bol right away, (I already eat a very high protein-carb diet, usually 6 meals a day) Like I said, I am active (sports, dirtbiking, snowboarding etc.) and I train like crazy for the next couple months, and I actually do that !! What sort of negative effects am I looking at ? Just push away the fact that I could get some gains without it, because I probably can get a bit. I mean Im just finding it hard to understand, maybe someone can clarify ??? Is there anyone out there with positive comments ????? Also why is this the only cycle of my life ? as someone put in their reply....thankz, comments appreciated. Anyone here willing to chat real time ? IRC, Icq, or something ? would be very helpful, kinda hard to discuss through here
 
Okay, well pretty much everyone i know who is in the buildin scene says their first cycle was their worst. Usually the firts one is more of a learning experience, or so I hear. I dont want to stack a bunch of shit and turn into HE-MAN I just want to gain some weight in needed areas (arms and chest) nothing too serious. But I seem to find it hard to train without results. I am sort of impatient, and I know thats unbecoming of a good builder, but isn't there a place for all of us? And no I dont have the clomid yet, but I can get it. Also is it really nessecary for 100-200 d-bol tabs ? 315 ? helllllll Noooooo ! not a chance. I have done dead lift and squats b4, but I am not too well versed in the gym. This is why I am working out with some experienced people. They will basically tell me what I should be doing and not doing. BTW< u got ICQ man ?? Id like to talk to u bout this

I would suggest some discipline first. If you have only lasted a month or two in the gym before, then you won't have the initiative to last this time. Work out solid until getting to the gym is like brushing your teeth....you keep doing it. If you saw gains without AAS, don't you think you would see more if you kept it up ? Hold off until you have done tons of research and are dedicated. Just my opinion !!
 
I really dunno what to do !!!!!! I want to start cycle badly, but I dont want to fuck up my body, I would be happy with any sort of "noticable gains" right now I am about 185, and if I could bump that to a bit over 200 with more defintion I would be pretty happy, then I could go from there. I am not sure of my current bodyfat....I am guessing 9-10%.......Also If I decided to not start with the gear, what is my best route to go natural, this is what Ive come up with so far, plz let me know what else I need to know......

Eats Lots of Meat, Fish, Chicken, etc.
Like Six meals a day whenever hungry

Take Creatine, and some Amino acids
to help muscle tissue damaging

Workout 3 times a week ? Mon Wed Fri ?

No more then 45 mins each time
Different group each day (3groups ?)

Hmmm What else should I know ?
Where is a good place to find exact things
(type of creatine, aminos, which muscles to work etc.)


Im lost here, and like I say all ur help is much appreciated. I dont wanna rush into it, but if its not gonna hurt me, and will show good results, maybe I will start off juicin' ????

There is some excellent, knowledgeable advice here. So far every reply (just about) on this thread has told you to wait it out yet you still want someone to tell you it is right to go on. It sounds to me like you have already made your mind up and chosen to ignor everyone's advice, therefore I have no further time for you.
 
Its not that, Its just there are tons of people on here, and I am jus trying to get a full view of the spectrum. BTW, I have read a lot of positive stories about people in my position who it worked out great 4. On a final note, I notice how everyone in here seems to want to keep n00bies out of the whole picture. They dont want more kids really getting into it, and not earning it the hard way like they had to maybe? I dunno just an observation.
