Well ive decided to run these supps for like a 4 week cycle and see how i feel. Forma-stanzol 10 pumps am and 10 pm, Zma 3 pills b4 bed, maca 1g ed, d aspartic acid 3g ed, tribulus 1500mg ed, multi, fish oil 3g ed and of course protien and glutamine. Right now im 220 at about 18% body fat. Im going to get my test level checked after taking these to see if it really works. I would like to drop 5 pounds and 1-2% bodyfat. I will be taking in 2500 cals like. 40/30/30 split. What do you guys think?
