Should I be doing side bends or something?

I just recently noticed that I have a little bit of love handles. Now this is quite weird cause I have very low Body fat and have a sixpack. Just towards the end of my waist it stick out a little bit and its not that noticeable but seeing pics of other guys with my build/ bodyfat I realize that they do not have this. I have never done side bends or anything to work that area because someone once told me it will make your waist look even wider. I mean this isn't a big problem but would like to have small of a waist as possible. Should I be doing side bends or is it just some water from AAS?
 
Spot reduction is a myth. You could do 1000's of reps of oblique movements and you aren't going to get rid of your lovehandles.
 
Could always try that yohimburn lotion from the EF store.... A lot of us have had some great results from it.
 
Sure you can do side bends. The more developed that area is, the more it will stick out even in the presence of bodyfat. I wouldn't expect anything drastic though.
 
So . . . you're on AAS but don't know that spot reduction is a myth and don't work your obliques b/c you think it'll make your waist wider? Am I missing something?

Working your obliques with weight WILL make you waist bigger. I have never trained my obliques unless prepping for a contest, and then its just bodyweight resistant sides bends.

It may be water from the gear, but if not you just need to lower you overall bodyfat ratio. Unless your using GH then yep, as the guys mentioned, impossible to spot reduce.
