Should I add MORE juice?

I am currently on an 8 week cycle of sust/500wk Eq/375wk, Test propionate weeks 1-4 100mg eod, and Dbol weeks 1-4 25mg a day. I am also on Nolvadex 10 mg day. It is now day 23 and the only thing I see is water retention. I have gained 10 lbs since I started (all water.) I am wondering if this shit is ever going to kick in? Can I add anything else?
 
Before turning to more gear for the results you're looking for, do a thorough evaluation of your training, nutrition, and rest time. Those all can have a big impact on the results from any givenn cycle...of course, if you're doing everything right, then another 500mg of test prop a week wouldn't hurt! Later =)

Hey juiceman, sounds like you are doing something wrong bro, with that amount of gear on your first cycle then you should be getting better gains. Are you eating 6-7 small high protein meals a day, are you training very intensely and are you sleeping 8 hours a night?? If you have all that correct then I think maybe you must have fake juice !! Good luck bro.:p
 
Whats your diet look like fro mthe time you wake up until you go to bed?

And what does your workout routine look like?

Are you getting at least 2g of quality protien per lb of body weight?

These could be some problems or not let us know so we can help:)
 
I am currently taking in about 300 grams protein and 4-4,500 cals. at 180 lbs. My training is as follows:

M- Chest /Forearms/abs
T- off
W- Biceps/ Triceps
Th- off
F- Legs
S- off
S- Back/ Shoulders

I usually go about 6sets per muscle group.(sometimes 8 for leg muscles and Back) all of which are heavy ang High Intensity.
I'm sure that a lot of people would disagree with my every other day training, however I feel that I recover slowly and I need that day of rest in between workouts to keep from overtraining.
I am up for any good suggestions. All Help is appreciated.
