Should Gh and IGF be used at the same time?

I used IGF about 5 weeks ago and was ready to start again. I am using GH right now at 5iu a day. Should I start up on the IGF again?

Supposed to be a great synergistic effect. Plus you want to run t4 with the GH. See AR's article on T4 use on GH.
