Should Fast Food Be Illegal Too?

I read a post about how many fat/obese/chunky/heavy side/cow/whale what ever you want to call fat people there are in America and one of the biggest causes in fast food. So why isn't fast food legal and steroids arn't? I mean fast food causes just as many health problems as gear but yet its legal. Why?

my brother & i were talking about this. He said that his political science teacher put forth the idea that as the government becomes more & more involved in offsetting/paying health care costs, that they will grant themselves the right to coerce (via taxes, penalties & laws) people to eat healthy & exercise to cut down their medical expenses. medicaid/medicare already cost $400 billion a year.
