At 18 your naturally have a high test. Level. Having a high protein diet "especially taking protein right when you wake up", getting 8 hours of sleep, not drinking, and doing squats, leg presses will naturally raise your testosterone level. Alcohol lowers your testosterone level and causes dehydration. Squats and leg presses help your body produce more testosterone. The lack of sleep will decrease your levels of testosterone. Having a high protein diet slightly increases your testosterone level and helps you recover from workouts. You really don't need to take tribulus at 18. When I advise / train with people I usually find many flaws in their diet / lifestyle. I am not saying you are guilty of this. I have found people who want large muscles but their drink almost every day and they eat like shit. They don't have the discipline to take supplements on time or eat healthy. Some people don't hydrate. Others don't intake enough complex carbohydrates. I remember when I was in high school a friend of mine was popping andro pills left and right. He said he felt stronger however he made little size difference. His diet was wrong. He was not eating enough high protein foods or eating complex carbs. Taking it at 18 is kind of a waste. Tribulus is now where near as strong as a testosterone booster as actually gear. It can burn a hole in your wallet. You can risk breaking out with acne for little gains. Your body will not product as much testosterone “for a little while” as it previously did after you stop taking tribulus. I have seen people break out while on tribulus. I have taken it but not broken out. I did not feel any noticeable results. I would recommend some one to take andriol over tribulus if their 23+ years old.
