i'll be takign the pills throughotu the day but will it work better tot ake a tab or two before or after workout? they will be 5mg tabs

split it up during the day to keep your levels up, but taking some before a workout woul probably help your workout. I dont think that taking it right after would do much. I had 50 mg tabs and split them in 2. I took one half an hour and a half before working out and it seemed to give me some extra energy.
