Shoud test E and Deca be shot every 5th day?

I have been shooting my teste/deca every 7th day. But hear that maybe it should be every 5th day? Any info on this?

it depends how you are dosing it.. Yes it is a long ester so you should be able to shoot once every 7...But I was never a fan. I like like to keep my levels as even as possible so i shot 2x EW. One is on the 3rd day and the other is on the 4th day. I am currently using. Cyp/eq/deca and i split my weekly dose in half.

deca can be shot once a week but test e is probably prefered to be shot every monday and thursday
