Shot in vein = wasted?

O.K. Sometimes I'm a bit of a retard, I was shooting 1.5cc's of test enan into my right quad tonight and I fucked up.
:confused:
Started out great, had a super sharp needle that glided right in(i love those) and I go to asperate and I'm drawing blood, well at this point I figure I will just pull it out a 1/4" to clear the vein and inject.

I spent the next 10 minutes laying on by back coughing and sweating profusely, after I regained my composure I drew a fresh 1.5cc's and injected my left quad without incident.

So I guess I want to know if I wasted that first shot or not? Did it all or some just end up in my blood stream, lungs still hurt a bit when I take a deep breath. :worried:

As always thanks for any input.
 
I doubt very seriously if you injected the full amount in your bloodstream.. A very small amount will cause "the cough".
I think you pretty much have a double dose floating around in your system.

unless yuou're shooting it IV directly into a large vein, i dont see this really being a fatal type of incident

Quit hating on the UG gear. :) I shoot mine oed and I am nothing but smiles. Say shitty UG gear.
 
Several years ago I did a glute injection that ended up going into a vein, and it's no big deal. I aspirated, and everything was fine, but I must have moved during the injection. As I pumped the gear a vein on my ass that went up into my lower back started to swell. I felt a bit dizzy for a minute, but it passed.
 
i think the point was the ug gear has much more solvent in it than pharm grade and thus makes a reaction more likely to happen

I understand you disagree with any usage of UG gear and have your reasons. But dont say its all shitty cause its not. But I am sure some are. I dont trust foreign 3rd world countries anymore then I trust Joe Blow in his kitchen. I actually can talk with Joe Blow.
 
hehe, this is kinda funny cause i went to shoot tonight into glute and drew back a littlee and the plastic part of the needle filled red. i was like OO shit. so because of what i read here, i took it out, changed the pin, and reinserted and started over. thanks to whoever posted that information. :) that woulda suck'd a cockuss
