i have been reading t-mag.com for some time and only recently found this sight. They recommend shorter cycles like 3 on 3 off to prevent your natural secretion of test. to stay up when u come off. i have noticed that after 6 weeks i tend to plateu my bench with 315 will go up 1 rep every week for the first 5-6 weeks then i will stay at that level no matter what i take. i see that no one on this board does that, they be seeing different results then me. another question what is a good ratio of test to deca to prevent deca dick? i plan on fucking alot. does it make a diffence if i take by 25 mg D-bol before or after my workout?(1 in the morning of course way to start the day)
