Short Term vs Long term

Ok now I was thinking...
My last cycle lasted 6 weeks..only a month and a half..tren/prop/winni....Gains were freakin awsome...Traps huge everything tight and looking great.. Now that was just from 6 weeks..Plus cause tren=godly like..

And now I currently started a 16 weeker.. EQ/Cyp/Var
A 4 month cycle... Now I Dont see myself getting to the point that I was at after the 6 week tren cycle. with this 16 weeker.

Now after the 6 weeker + PCt then you stay off same amount of time + maybe a week or two more..then can start up again...

Now with the 16 weeker + PCt that is the same time is said to stay off.. Much longer being off then the 9 weeker.

Now if I dont think i will get as great results as the 9 weeker gave me with the 16 weeker.. Then wouldnt consistent shorter cycles be a better idea then such a longer ones because the time off would be a shorter period...Thus keeping more gains rather then risk loosing more while you stay off for 16weeks +...

I hope you understand what im trying to say here.. Not saying that I would want to do this..but just want info for my own knowledge to what are your thoughts on this.
 
You ran very different compounds too. First was all short esters and now longer ones. This has some bearing on a cycle length obviously. Myself I enjoy short esters too for the most part and if you can handle pinning yourself ED to EOD then I like to stay with short esters. If your going to bulk then you are best running a longer cycle and then use the longer esters and pin less frequently. There is no reason when doing this with a great diet and training onm point that you should not make considerable gains.

Longer cycles typically can mean a tougher recovery but you should always utilize HCG on cycle when doing this and recovery then becomes much simpler.
