Just trying to get a more broad perspective so I figured I'd post and see what everyones take is. I planned for a 12wk go. but then the build up/planning of a cycle feels great as well as beginning it and the feeling of being "on" so I was thinking mid cycle of extending it. good gains, felt good. Then I decided not to and keep with the advice from the vets I received when planning the cycle and be safe and stay the course. I'm glad I did for a couple reasons. it feels good to not have to post some "I fucked up, i need help" posts, also by week 12 I'm pretty burnt out on the same ol' routine and ready to be done. the last is I don't think I want to spend a ton of time off. I want to do my proper time off(time on/pct) to recover then I'm sure I'll be motivated for another go.
although next time I think I'll change it to 8wk to avoid losing motivation towards the end and less time off in between.
I hear guys talk about 15 wk etc
as well as guys running quick 8wk shots. what are the pros and cons of each.

Both honestly work. It really depends on what your taking, and how fast your body recovers. I've done short test prop and winny cycles and loved it. I'm on a Sustanon cycle right now, so I'm doing 15 weeks because it takes five just to kick in.
