test boy, this is tough for me to relate to football cause I'm more into hockey but many teams in the NHL during the early to mid 90's began to upsize guys like eric lindros and types like that but found that bigger isn't necessarily better, and again began to downsize not necessarily at a 5'6 5'7 level but to 5'9-5'11" which isn't short but far from huge or even big. The main reason for this was that when big teams made it to the post season the big teams couldn't keep up with the speed, intensity, and stamina of the smaller and more skilled teams. I don't know to be honest with you.
