Currently, until my gear arrives, my training looks like this:
Mon-Chest/Tri's
Tue-Back/Bi's
Wed-OFF
Thur-Shoulders/Traps
Fri-Legs
Sat-Sun-Off
Doing 3-4 exercises each body part
4 sets/10-15 reps
Not going to failure (but damn close)
No forced reps
Can anyone give me some feedback on whether I should change my routine when I start my first cycle and if so maybe some suggestions or other thread leads that discuss this topic?
