I have this fear of shooting in my left delt cause the left arm is closest ot the heart am i jusr pariniod? or if you did get some kind of infection the left side it would be worse?

LOL you're paranoid bro. Just aspirate before shooting and like this good bro says, if you are White or I guess mid-White will work too, you can see the veins under the skin when you step in front of the mirror so that way you eliminate the possibility of going through a little vein.

LMAO @ getting too close to the heart. I guess there's no chance of you doing a peck shot huh? That's about as close as I've got to being about a shot. Delts are fine bro, either one. They're one of my fav. spots.
