Well being raised on a power rack, the only thing i'm used to are free weights.
The only problem is my new gym does not have any power racks(pussy, right?). There is another gym, but it is a 30 minute drive and being in college I do not have the money to do that 5-7 times a week.
What can I do to still help increase my Squat/DL/PC?
