SHIT! I am gaining FAT on DBOL/SUST/DECA cycle!!

Help guys,

I am on this cycle:
wk 1-4 Dbol 35-40mg ed
wk 1-10 Sust 500mg, Deca 300mg

I am an ectomorph 145lbs, 5.9", 4.5 yrs heavy training.

That's my first cycle (After natural genetic potential seemed to fail)

I am eating about 3000-3500 cals a day (about 1000 above maintnance for my bodyweight and frame).

My nutrition is as precise as a swiss watch. I am logging and waiting all foods I eat. I can tell you exactly what I ate a month ago, and what was the daily ratio of macro nutrients with a +-5% precision or less (can't emphesize that fact enough).
Anyway, I am eating good cals, usually 40-50% carbs, 30-40% protein, 10-15% fat). Almost no high glycemic carbs. Good source of protein and fat. I am logging everything with my portable electronic scale.

I'm on day 21 of the cycle (begining week 4), and I've gained around 6 pounds of muscle(NOT water I'm on Arimidex and 2 gallons a day of water).

What makes me worried is that I've gained also over 6 pounds of fat!!!! And thus went to 13.2% fat! (Started cycle at 11%!, best ratio was 8%)

I saw it noticeable in my waistline who got more than an inch bigger and I can't go with a slim shirt anymore because it looks like I'm going to have a baby soon. Again, it ain't water retension, because I'm taking arimidex and also I don't have any water retension on my face (no moon face at all).

Question is:

How do I get rid of this shit Fatty tissues!? I've lowered my cals to around 2900-3000 although usually not suggested on bulking cycles, however, I don't know what to do?
Maybe, adding some Primobolan & ECA towards week 8 ?
Why am I gaining all that FAT? AS suppose to increat fat lipolision, not decrease it!

Please no smartass answers please.
 
Your bloated from all the food and the AAS. It will go away when you come off or when you cut up. My weight belt goes up about 3 notches when bulking but I'll still have abs. And it's impossible to suck in. That's the price of bulking, thats why you do it in the winter.
 
Even though u r on arimidex, it can still be some water. I would maybe drop the calories a bit and add some cardio in there. Cardio like 3-4 times per week for 20-30 mins/session.
 
I never gain any fat normallyt but when bulking waist is always a bit big and face gets a bit rounder. Right now do not worry about it and just keep your diet clean like you have been.

After you come off you will notice a huge difference, just try not to freak out about it now....
 
It's called water retention. Some people are prone to it regardless of ancillaries such as armidex. Deal with it. You're bulking so you have to make sacrifices. Welcome to the wold of growing. Suck it up and grow. You're 145...Lot of growing to do. In my opinion 3000 cals is too low. No room for being a puss whne you are bulking. Eat big to get big. Along with the drugs you're using and the hypercaloric diet you're going to hold water. Looks like fat, feels like fat, but you will piss it away when you discontinue the AS. Sounds like you're prone to edema so you are going to have to learn to live with it. At 145 the last thing you should be worrying about is being ripped.
 
You're wrong about someone who weight at 145 can eat as much as he can. The thing with a body type is that, like in my case, I am right now 148lbs but EVEN at that low body weight, if I insert the shirt into the pants or just take it off, my stomach is VERY ugly. It's very strange and if people don't see me without the shirt and hear me saying I have fat, they will think I am crazy!
That is until I lift the shirt.
 
You don't need clen, dnp, or any of those drugs. You're an ectomorph, so you will loose the fat naturally, when you come off the cycle. Isn't it great!
 
dude, get fat now, while you can.... it'll help you build more muscle. when you diet, you'll loose all the fat and you'll keep most of the muscle mass you gained while getting fat. dont worry, embrace the fatness!!

I'm with Rage, This is your very first cycle, make tha most of it, gain as much as you can, don't even think about dropping your calories. Keep gaining, and once your done, go on a cutting cycle. EMBRACE THA FATNESS!
 
it is a hard thing to deal with. it is driving me crazy right now. I am a big person(being nice to myself) I shedded all the fat this summer and got my first 6 pack. Now I am starting a bulking cycle I am using liquidex but still holding water. I have a fairly nice cycle and eating about 5-7,000 kcal it sucks now but I know I will be ripped again. the fat comes for quicker when you have more muscle.
